1、 Curved band

Preventive measures:
1. The steel buckle threading method must follow the regular threading method, with one or two sets of threading methods. 2. Pull off the larger and looser side until it is as flat or less than 1-5 turns as the other side. 3. The distance between the steel buckle and the knitting needle is usually one gap between the steel buckle and the needle. 4. According to the needs of the ribbon, it can be divided into upper and lower layers, or divided into left and right layers. Generally, it needs to be divided into upper and lower layers. If there are two or more methods or patterns on a ribbon, they must be connected separately.
2、 Wave up

1. The steel buckle is unevenly threaded, with too much yarn on both sides and too little in the middle. 2. The steel buckle is too large and the weft yarn is too tight. 3. The yarn pulling on the pan head is uneven, with tight pulling on both sides and too loose pulling in the middle. 4. The yarn connection method is incorrect, and the balance and pressure are not good.
Preventive measures:
1. Select standard steel buckles and thread them in groups 1 or 2. 2. According to the width of the ribbon, select a steel buckle to wear. 3. Swap the yarn between the middle and both sides, or pull down some of the loose yarn in the middle. 4. According to the weaving method, it is necessary to connect and balance the weight of the pendant by pressing it evenly according to the number of strips.
3、 Poor needle edge

1. Change to another weft yarn. 2. The length of the knitting needle varies depending on the thickness of the ribbon. Generally speaking, the length of the knitting needle is just enough to remove the filling yarn. 3. 4、 Fuzzing

Preventive measures:
1. The needle board has been used for a long time and has been damaged. Replaced with a new needle plate; The knitting needle has been damaged and replaced with a new one; Press the pressure plate too tightly, loosen the pressure plate; The weft yarn is not hung completely. Adjust the distance between the weft needle and the weaving needle to ensure that the weft yarn can be hung completely
2. The hanging steel buckle of the weft yarn is used to place the weft yarn into the weft rod; Damaged steel buckle, replace with another steel buckle; The raw material itself has fuzz. If there is partial fuzz, replace the fuzz. If there is too much fuzz, conduct a full inspection tape after completing the goods.
